ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
Please note - we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We use Parcelforce or DPD for UK deliveries. All UK orders are posted free of charge.
Orders to North America carry a postage charge of £23.99.
Orders to Australia carry a postage charge of £35.00.
Customs and Import Duties
All border fees, taxes and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY
Sutton Instruments pedals all have a 1 year warranty which applies to defects or manufacturing faults. Any faults we find that are due to misuse or accident or if the security seals have been broken will not be covered by the warranty. The warranty is not transferrable should you decide to sell the pedal.

POWER REQUIREMENTS
Sutton Instruments pedals can only be used with an external 9v DC, centre negative power supply with a 2.1mm jack. Our pedals are not designed to run using a battery and we recommend a good quality power supply such as those manufactured by Voodoo Lab or Gigrig.
RETURNS
At Sutton Instruments, we have a 30-day refund policy (excluding shipping costs) for our products.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email - enquiries@suttoninstruments.co.uk - within 30-days of receiving your order and we will issue you with an RMA form & number. The form is to be completed and included within the packaging of the product being returned. Also, the RMA number should be clearly marked on the return shipment.
For us to offer a refund, products must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging. Damaged, or incomplete products, will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee and may only be eligible for a credit note. It is important that the return shipping method should include tracking and we recommend having package protection to the full value of the product, as we will not be responsible for lost shipments. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the returned item must arrive at our return address within 7-days of obtaining the RMA form & number.
Refunds, in most cases, are completed within 10-business days of receiving the returned product.
